Terms of Use
These terms govern access to EnrollCourses, including courses, learning paths, credentials, organisation workspaces and instructor services. By creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to use the platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your password and activity conducted through your account. Accounts may not be sold, shared commercially or used to bypass course access controls.
Course access
Access terms may differ by course, path, cohort or organisation programme. “Lifetime access” should not be assumed unless the product page expressly states it. EnrollCourses may update delivery technology, lesson files or course structure while preserving the purchased learning value where reasonably possible.
Payments
Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Payment is considered complete only after the payment provider or authorised manual process confirms the transaction. Failed, reversed or fraudulent payments do not create continuing access rights.
Certificates and credentials
A completion certificate confirms the completion requirements recorded by EnrollCourses; it is not a university degree, professional licence or government accreditation unless the specific programme expressly states such status and identifies the issuing body. Credentials may be revoked where they were obtained through fraud, impersonation or material breach of assessment rules.
Content rights
Course videos, text, downloads, templates and other learning materials remain protected by the rights of EnrollCourses, the instructor or the applicable rights holder. Purchase grants personal learning access, not permission to redistribute, resell, publicly upload or reproduce the materials beyond permitted use.
Instructor content
Instructors are responsible for the originality, accuracy and rights status of content they submit. EnrollCourses may reject, unpublish or require changes to content that fails quality, rights, safety or integrity standards.
Acceptable use
Users must not attack the service, scrape protected content at scale, circumvent access controls, submit malicious files, manipulate reviews, impersonate another person or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Suspension and termination
EnrollCourses may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk or unlawful use. Where practical, the platform may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve a non-urgent issue.
Changes
These terms may be updated as products and regulatory requirements change. The current published version applies from its stated update date.
