EnrollCourses processes information needed to provide accounts, payments, learning progress, credentials, support and organisation learning services. This page describes the intended operational handling of that information.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, information can include your name, username, email, phone, city or country, login and security records, enrolments, lesson completions, orders, payment status, course reviews, credentials, support requests and organisation membership information.

Payments

Payments can be processed through configured third-party payment providers. EnrollCourses records transaction references, amounts, status and operational payment metadata but should not store full card credentials that are handled by the payment processor.

Analytics and security

The platform records page and session analytics, device or browser information, referral data and security signals. IP information should be minimised or hashed where practical. Bot traffic is identified separately so business analytics are not intentionally inflated.

How information is used

Information is used to provide access, track learning, issue credentials, process orders, respond to support, administer organisation programmes, detect misuse, improve products and communicate necessary service information.

Organisation accounts

When your employer or organisation assigns learning, authorised organisation administrators may see programme-related information such as assignment status, course progress, completion and credentials within the scope of the organisation programme.

Data retention

Different records require different retention periods. Financial, audit and credential records may need to be retained longer than routine analytics. The platform should apply documented retention rules and remove data when it is no longer required for the legitimate purpose or legal obligation.

Your requests

Subject to applicable law and necessary identity verification, you may request access, correction or appropriate deletion of personal information by contacting EnrollCourses. Some transaction, security or credential records may need to be retained where legally or operationally required.

Security

EnrollCourses uses account security controls, prepared database queries, session protections and access restrictions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so suspected incidents are investigated and controls are continually improved.
